Went for EMSculpt first visit with groupon voucher, $99 for first session, it hurt and so I thought it would be good. Did not see any results after 5 more treatments, spending $800 on a package of 10 treatments. Was unable to be refunded for remaining 5 treatments, out of pocket $400 and no results to show for it. My partner was unhappy about the amount I had spent, he wouldn't of minded if the treatment showed any results. She said I could sell my package and I tried but no-one is interested. Lily was nice until trying to organise a refund and the salon was nice.Update: went through consumer protection to try and obtain a refund for services not yet received and was advised that Lily had spent $3.5k on a lawyer for advice on this matter instead of offering me any refund of up to $400 for services not received haha. Go figure! They also mentioned that Lily said to see results you need to eat healthily and exercise (which I do anyway haha) but just proves that this treatment is a big con and waste of your money!

I have been using emsculpt with lily. She is lovely, amazing and a beautiful kind hearted accomadating woman. I have gone back again and again and have now been telling my mum and friends all about it. Best emsculpt machine in Perth and best price and the best service. 5 stars!!

Visited Lily to redeem a Groupon for HIFU. Lily was very welcoming and friendly. She was very informative and made sure to explain the procedure and aftercare process.

Went in had ems sculpt done on my arms and AB’s for the 3rd time now. Felt great afterwards and during the whole process. Can really start to see difference in my core. Feeling like I’m getting back to my old body tone. Looking forward to my next session.

Bought a Groupon and messaged / called several times. Finally got through and was spoke to rudely and told the number wasn’t for the Groupon I purchased but yet it’s the same company. Told I never messaged or contacted when I did and have the messages as proof. Poor business skills and not good customer service. Wouldn’t recommend getting a Groupon from them!
