The service provided by Erich Jensen was truly awesome. Erich went the extra mile to find a solution for our challenge and managed the solution until the end and checked in with regular updates to ensure that we were still happy and that the planned end date would suit us. We’ve been using Workshop Software for over 5 years and while it’s not perfect, it’s still great and by far the best we’ve come across (including multiple international competitors). The staff are always open to feedback and are constantly in an adaptive mindset, which is reassuring when utilising their product daily.

When we first joined with Workshop Software many years ago (at the moment I can't look up when we joined because the program isn't working...AGAIN!!!!). They had great customer service and no issues. It seems the bigger they get, the worse they're getting. They offer solutions but they don't check if that advice works before giving it! There are many workshops today that cannot issue Invoices and have to trust that they'll be paid. I think today's episode will be the straw that breaks the camels back and workshops will be looking at other programs.
