Disappointing reservation management. I called in at 10:35 am to book an appointment after 30 minutes (which is 11:05 am). When I was at the storefront, got a message saying they had to reschedule the appointment at 1:00 pm. I called and was told by the receptionist that I am 5 minutes late to my original appointment which is not true as I was dot on time at 11:05 am.

They rob you…asked for a thai massage with oil charged $190 and after 30 mins asked for a thai massage rather than a hot stone massage. Asked every 5 min til 1hr was up then demanded a refund. Owner wasnt there but massage therapist said no problem. Then owner messaged no refunded. Will be reporting them and leaving reviews everywhere so others dont get scammed.

Massage was OK. I went with 90 minute deep tissue and while at times I think it was deep tissue mostly it just felt like a normal remedial massage - I think I would have been better off going with the remedial massage and saving my money. The service and communication was a bit lacking. They don’t have loyalty cards anymore which is a bit disappointing (on their website they say they have loyalty card but this is not the case). They ended the massage 5 minutes early but I don’t know if this is the standard way as the customer has to get dressed? It was a fine experience but nothing special. There are better places out there

Nice people with excellent service always prefer Oil Massage. My body feels so relaxed when they do a head massage at the end.. It's so relaxing every time..

To be honest, I started enjoying the massage very much, my masseuse used her whole body (feet and hands) on my body, and it was very promising. However, that lasted only for a few min, then she applied oil and started just rubbing my back for another I guess 30min until i was so cold I had to ask her to move on. The rest was a blur. She spent so much time on my back oil rubbing that my legs and feet got only a very short time. I don't understand what happened. So anyway, I don't think I would ever come back to this experience again. It was truly disappointing for me.

Were very considerate and flexible to deliver a great leg and foot massage, although I could not lie down due to rib fractures.

I initially called twice this morning to try to book a massage after I finish work at 5pm. Both times the phone rang out and then went to an automated service where it said my number would be sent through. Instead of calling me back as soon as they could I got an SMS text over an hour later saying they couldn't answer the phone... and that was it.After I went back again by SMS and asked if I could get a massage at 5pm they replied just saying they were free at 4pm and could I come then.Went back yet again and asked if they were available at 5pm as I work till then and over an hour later they came back and said they were fully booked.Wasted alot of my time and took so long that I couldn't book one in elsewhere instead. They need a proper receptionist that responds to customers promptly if they want to run a business, couldn't recommend.
