Hubby took the boat to J & B Marines. He said he got excellent service and they know there stuff!!

Very helpful but, if a woman goes in there they tend to talk down to you .

These are great people to deal with. Nothing is too much trouble for them. They sourced a part for me (and I'm in SA!) and did it straight away

Very dissapointed hubby phoned up to get a quote on a 200 HR service for a 50hp big foot. A lady by the name of Blobby was extremely rude to my husband quoted him around $400+ could be more could be less if spark plugs needed changing too, therefore she couldn't provide a firm price to that I understand however when she goes on to say well give us a ring back if you want to get it done because I'm very busy at the moment OK BYE! Then she hangs up..disgusting customer service! love perhaps brush up on your customer service skills!We got our 100 HR service done by you and customer service was no better back then too.From now on we will take our business elsewhere and get all future services done elsewhere."

Worst customer service I have ever received. So rude, didn't want to listen to my question about my outboard. I had to walk out.
