Never again! Really bad service. I brought a dress in to get altered left it a week before I needed it and I made sure they were aware that I need it a specific time. I come to pick up my dress it's not ready as they are working on it, mind you it's not a big job. So she says I will have it ready in 2hrs, I couldn't stay as I have other commitments so I come the next day and the shop is suppose to open at 9 I come around 9.20 and it's closed so atm I'm sitting outside waiting for them to arrive and it's 10am.

Looked at a lot of the bad reviews looks like fake ones to be honest I go to a lot off places to do my pants but they are clueless these guysActually do what u want I have a wedding to go to last minute toke in today and they done it same day and perfect results highly recommended

Had suit resized and my partners dress shortened and dry cleaned and have it ready in three days.They completely ruined the dress, didn’t bother to do the dry clean and lied about it.I can’t stress this enough STAY AWAY!!!

Avoid dry cleaning from them, the lady is very tricky, the one with scarf, she will show a lot of certainty but does not get any job done. I gave my suit jacket recently, got it back with the same dirt and cat fur that I had before handing it.Get away from this place at all cost!

I needed my suit pants altered for the next day and I had called at 3pm on the Friday. The pants were ready at 9am the next day! Such an amazing job and flawless. I couldn’t recommend the team enough, will be going back In the future 100%!

Had to wait 25 minutes to even be served. Price was extremely expensive in comparison to other businesses I've dealt with in the past. Two initials on a towel took two weeks to complete and on pick up I was told I would be charged $5 extra than quoted because the job was harder than they originally thought... wouldn't give me my $100 towels unless I paid the extra amount. The actual sales assistant I dealt with was quite nice, however poor management will mean I'll never return or recommend them again.

Do not use this businesses as they do not do what the customer requested after saying they understood. Told the garment (shirt) would be ready after four (4) days and was not. Hurriedly done when went to pick up. Shirt came back beyond repair. Unable to wear it as it was cut too short. Didnt want to give back replacement cost of the shirt. Had to argue to get the alterations cost back. Customer service rude. Had the throw the shirt away. Won’t be back.
