Absolutely worst experience. I've been a regular customer. I work late night so I order from them on Uber Eats and they miss the notes every single time. Also the food are always cold. The overnight employees are not doing their jobs properly. The manager need to keep their eyes on them.

Unfortunately, the only place for snacks and coffee late evening. Been here a few times in the hope it may be better, but still the appalling service. Waited at the drive thru and not served. Finally, drove past to go into the outlet. Again, service was so poor and left waiting only to order a drink. Eventually decided to leave without ordering.If there is an alternative, take it. They have spent so much on revamping. See little point if they can’t get the basics right.

Ordered via the self serve screens 2 oreo mcflurries and choc sundae...instead gave us 2 m&m mc flurries and a strawberry sundae...then daughter was thirsty and ordered a frozen coke....finished our dessert and still waiting for frozen coke to be called out, btw we were the only customers inside and we went to the counter said its been 20mins and they said oh theres no frozen drinks whatelse can we get you"

Floors and tables are very clean. The buns on my Big Mac were properly toasted and the meat and lettuce were near, and well assembled. Almost nothing hanging out of the bun. Also, wireless charging on the tables?! This is new to me. I guess longer phones and older devices can't take advantage of this, but wow this is convenient.

No staff, slow service and food bearly warm. The place was apparently refurbished few weeks ago but it looks worse than before.

Worst customer service ever. Went drive through to buy 2 chocolate Sundeas. ( 5:35PM date 17/03/2023) When I am looking to pay there is no one at the counter and it was closed. so I went to the second counter thought I can pay from there but when I went there the girl who is handling the cashier came and told I didn't make the payment in a very rude way. Please inform to do her job properly.

Newly refurbished. Service is slow and horrible. Over 10 min for a Hot Chocolate. Ice cream melted. Lots of activity in the drive thru but customers in the restaurant left behind. Toilets also locked which is partly the reason some people visit McDonald’s.

Coke was flat. No serviettes. Bread on the burger seemed stale. No table numbers. Machine doesn't print tickets (as usual). Kids play area is super basic. Food came out fast at least.

Absolutely discussting atmosphere and my 2 yr old daughter got gum from under the table and nearly ate it can't believe how bad this place is
