Choices Flooring
Booked a measure & quote & no one showed up. I had arranged my entire work day around the booked day & time & I didn’t even receive a phone call to explain why they were a no show. I then had to chase them up only to be told that they wouldn’t be attending to do the measure up. After explaining that I arranged my whole day to be available for the day & time I booked all I received was total disinterest. The Cairns store has no customer service & is very unprofessional.

Neville and the team were friendly and helpful from the moment I walked through their door. My floors look amazing and their installer went above and beyond, helping with moving my fridge. I would highly recommend Choices Flooring to anyone looking for vinyl planks.

Organising the removal and relaying of carpets remotely meant we needed to have faith in those on site. I can highly recommend Choices flooring Cairns after they installed Luxury Vinyl Plank throughout our house. Terry was easy to deal with, professional and prompt with replies on our queries through the process. He helped us with the removal of tiles beforehand, dealing with the separate company who do that. We love our new flooring, it’s transformed our house! The installers were friendly fast and efficient. We really feel like we got a high quality product for value for money from Choices. we would happily go back to Terry and the team in the future for any more flooring.
