Well they did it again.No customer service what so ever! Standing in the front of the store and not even acknowledged be with you in a minute. How hard is that. Three staff members behind the glass security I could see.Went there before awhile ago and the door was lock and it should have been open.Thay have lost it with my patronage.

Guys are easy to deal with and friendly, however cannot be trusted to order a part and get it delivered on-time. Promising PM delivery and then losing the part is just not good enough. Second time in a month this has happened. Very poor communication. Will be chatting with the Rep when he comes in, hesitant to use them again. Unfortunate really.

Please read my other reviews to see that i am a fare and reasonable reviewer.This place is appalling, again another trade customer gets taken for a ride, a Repco filter from here cost $52.00 and the exact same filter from Autobahn $33.00 I have now negotiated a trade supply from Autobahn. Thank you Autobahn Ellenbrook you have all our business from now on.

Are use the Joondalup store and was impressed by the professionalism and how helpful they were I was looking for parts for a Ranger , I used to pay parts like most people do in these Covid times wasn’t a problem!
