I used Vanilla Blue for 4 consecutive days for corporate lunches for a long seminar. I ordered fairly late each day, a couple of times got a call immediately to negotiate an achievable and suitable delivery time, and then - right on time - the food arrived, fresh, as ordered, shrink wrapped. Invoices emailed next day. Very smooth, efficient, friendly and tasty. Recommended!

We use Vanilla Blue through work but as we're working from home, I wanted to try their meals and they did not disappoint. The lasagne was delicious, as was the chicken korma and we have a few in the freezer that I can't wait to try.Prices are great and the fruit box we ordered was generous and fresh.Thank you Vanilla Blue

The customer service is amazing, i had issues making a catering order online. I called customer service and was put through to Gabby - the catering coordinator, Gabby was amazing help ( i did speak to another customer service rep but forgot her name , sorry!). the order was last minute, and she was able to fix this all up on her end. and had everything finalised within an hour, all through email! The communication was clear and i have nothing other than positive words to say about this company and their team!

False advertising. Vanilla Blue serves my school and although the food looks really great on the website, the quantities in which they serve us are small, and often they don't even cook it properly! Once my friend recieved undercooked pasta (it was crunchy), and they replaced pizza dough with slices of bread.... The service is ok though.

Best caterer for Christmas! I ordered the Yuletide Christmas Dinner Package and I was absolutely blown away by the great quality food. My friends and family were all impressed with the food and presentation that they kept asking me who was the caterer, what packages they had, how soon they could deliver so I pointed them to the website. The website itself is super straightforward and easy to book. I didn’t even need to call beforehand.Vanilla Blue will now be my go-to caterer for everything next year and I’m so glad I found them.

We ordered the Yule Tide Traditional Dinner for Christmas. It was amazing. The food was fresh, plenty of it and delicious. Vanilla Blue Catering were easy to work with and answered questions promptly. Food was delivered Christmas Eve and they even provided clear directions to reheat the food on Christmas Day. Highly recommend them.
