Amcal+ Pharmacy Albany

Fantastic customer service. I was looking for flight socks, which unfortunately they didn't have stock. However, as we weren't from Albany, the lady who served us rang 4 local pharmacies on my behalf, trying to locate the product for me. This lady went above and beyond as far as I'm concerned. She managed to locate some at another local pharmacy, and gave me the details. This saved myself a lot of running around in an unfamiliar place. Thank you. Highly Recomend.

The young girls here don’t want to work. I was wanting to buy inglot make up but no one served us! My friend asked where body was the lady said to her I’m busy with a customer! Really bad service

Excellent pharmacy so spacious, wide variety of stock and open late every day. So glad they have sanitising station and ensure masks are worn by everyone coming in - keeping us all safe.

This chemist was OBSESSED with compliance of McClown's push of the toxic inoculation upon society and the wearing of useless facial hammocks!!UPDATE: Look at the rude and arrogance response to this genuine review. These clowns do not deserve ANY CUSTOM!!BOYCOTT THIS TERRIBLE BUSINESS.

I don't give bad reviews generally but this chemist truly deserved it. We were only passing through the town and stopped by to ask about the supervised COVID test and the chemist was very rude and dismissive saying they don't do one, although their website clearly provides an appointment booking for this.Luckily not all the staff are terrible, one of them pointed us to the Discount Drugstore in Albany Plaza. That's where you should go if you are looking for a chemist with a friendly and helpful attitude.

Clyde (one of the pharmacy assistants) is a very competent worker, who provides fast and effective over the counter service.

I am saddened and surprised to see negative reviews for this Pharmacy. My own experience has been wonderful - repeatedly! They always take care of me, they're helpful with any questions or dilemmas I might have and always offer me well-informed advice. I visit this Pharmacy for all my medical needs & if they don't have it in stock when I ask, they are happy to order it in for me.The times we see ourselves in right now are hard, items we took for granted before to be at hand immediately aren't always. This Pharmacy does its absolute best to assist in every regard & it is for this reason as well as the fact the Owner & his Staff are absolutely fantastic that I am a loyal client & go nowhere but here.They've earned 5 stars, my gratitude, respect & appreciation.

This is the second time I've visited this pharmacy to get an ear syringe in 3 months and they still don't have any. I should have just bought one on the Amcal website and had it delivered as this outlet is useless.

This is a nice chemist with well laid out aisles. The pharmacy is quick and the service is exceptional. All the staff are very friendly and they have a good range in store. They have very good opening hours as well so that you can get to a chemist when most places are closed. Parking can be a bit painful at times but there is a side street you can park on.
