Bought a washing Machine a few months back, was very sceptical of the place after reading reviews, but must say that the washing machine is still running. The owner delivered the item the very next morning installed it ran a quick cycle made sure everything was in order. Apart from being a chatter box he is a good bloke to get second hand stuff for a good deal.

I buy a reconditioned" washing machine. It stops working within a year. I get less than a year warranty. I end up having to buy a new one anyway. Shrugs. It's the washing machine version of a used car dealership. Buyer beware."

I bought a washing machine for $380. Broke within 4 months. It then took another 3 months for him to come and repair it when I lived Across. The. Road.Every excuse from I didn't ring to remind him, to he was in hospital (saw him in the shop on the same day).Please save your sanity and cash. Go anywhere else but here.

Late by 2 weeks, rude, 2/3 appliances showing issues 6 months in, disconnected phone number when contacting for warranty. Couldn't be worse.

Jerry is a great guy to deal with. Fast delivery and fantastic products

Went into the shop for a fridge and a washing machine. The items were selected and the delivery was scheduled for the next week. The delivery date was missed.The fridge came, but not the one that was asked for (after about 2 months this thing was falling apart...literally).The washer took 4 weeks to come. Thing was, it was always coming in a couple of days". As the other reviewer hinted at

DO NOT BUY! Jerry is as dodgy as his machines. We bought an LG front loader for $350 and was promised delivery on numerous occasions but let down each time. Eventually received a top loader which we were promised would be replaced with a front loader the following week. Again, had to call him daily and was accused of being aggressive. Finally had one delivered, which wasn’t even what we ordered. Jerry promised it was a better drum than the other, so was a bargain for us. What a lie it turned out to be. It broke after one year but didn’t even bother contacting him again, we knew it would lead no where and just cause more hassle. Just bought a brand new front loader for $600 and it’s 1,000 times better than the LG ever was. Don’t waste your money here, go somewhere else!

Jerry sold us a second hand fridge for a reasonable price and arranged for its delivery, installation, and a one year warranty.Jerry told us the fridge would be cleaned before delivery and it wasn’t- I had to spend an hour cleaning out the shelves and drawers and the cloth was filthy afterwards, showing the poor condition it was in when delivered.The fridge stopped working within the warranty period and our food was going off. Getting Jerry to send the repair guy was like pulling teeth. Repeated last minute cancellations, wouldn’t take me seriously on the phone, kept giggling, laughing, calling me sweetheart and messing us around. Meanwhile we couldn’t keep perishables for about 2 weeks. Frustratingly it took a stern call from my hubby demanding a refund when he heard the way I was spoken to for Jerry to actually finally send a guy to repair it.Not sure it was worth the secondhand price to have to go through that process tbh.

Delivery was delayed a month. After constant hassling product finally was delivered but was not what we had ordered and was broken. The owner Jerry refused that there was a problem and then bragged that we would never get a refund. Guy is a con artist. DO NOT BUY!!!

I purchased a washing machine from Jerry about 2 months ago. He said he would deliver it to me within a week. But he delivered it to me 3 weeks after he said it. He always uses his own classic lies. Unfortunately, after 2 weeks, the washing machine started to fail and stop. When he sold the washing machine, he gave me a paper that he gave 8 months warranty. He said he would change it for any problem. When I told Jerry about the malfunction of the washing machine, he told me to watch a video on youtube and fix the machine myself. (The problem is not a simple solution, I have to tilt the washing machine and remove the motor part.) When I went to talk face to face, I told him I want to return the washing machine and please refund the money. He insulted me and did not accept it. He's rude and impolite. Finally, he got even more rude and said that he would not give money or any other machinery. He always gives you a day and asks you to call him that day. He postpones that day until another day, this is his classic lie. This man's bussiness needs to be shut down. Everyone has complaints about it. Don't go into this guy's shop if you don't want to be scammed!
