Best taste and texture is Huon salmon. The top-most grade; hand-milked" roe is amazing. It's no wonder that Tasmanian salmon fetches the highest auction prices in Tokyo's famous Tsukiji fish market. Photos uploaded here were taken on 7th August 2015 at their exhibition pop-up stall in Sullivan's Cove downtown Hobart

Unfortunately, my only encounter with this company has been through the poor driving of one of its Western Australian representatives.Tailgating, driving over the posted speed limit and running through a late amber was how this company was advertised to me while driving today. Plate number of the vehicle in question was 1ELZ-123 (WA) - should the company wish to follow up.
