Alarm Tech Services - CCTV, Security Systems

Dave and the team from Alarm Tech Services ungraded the security system for our building. Alarm Tech provided this service when no other companies in Shoalhaven were able or willing to. The security system in our building was extremely complex with many components that didn't link together. Dave told me upfront that he wasn't familiar with our system and he would need to do some research to see if he could provide us with the upgrades we needed. Dave went above and beyond to learn about our security system spending many hours, which we weren't charged to develop his understanding of the system and how it worked. Once Dave was confident in upgrading our system he gave us a very reasonable quote and went ahead with the work. He had completed all the prep work in advance and was able to come on site and upgrade the system in a timely manner with no disruption to owners. Dave then continued to monitor our system to ensure everything was working perfectly over the next few weeks. The professionalism and perseverance displayed by Dave was outstanding. We are very grateful for the time and effort that Dave applied to upgrading our system. He was cost effective and the ongoing maintenance of our system will be easy, with the changes and upgrades he has made. I would highly recommend Alarm Tech Services for their ability to solve complex problems that other companies were unwilling to do, as well as their professional attitude and cost effectiveness.

Ok, their system is fine when we use it. At this stage when your retired and home all the time there is little use. No discounts or loyalties for users or pensioners. No actual follow up over the last couple of years from them about the system or future upgrades. It is a good service for peace of mind, yes I do recommend them.
