Australia Post - North Ipswich LPO

I have had instances where my parcels are listed on the Austpost App as being ready for pick up with my parcel collect number and the Staff could not find them. 3 TIMES!!!!! I was given a piece of paper to find myself left with the responsibility to answer a million questions that were impossible to remember. Something is not right when the overall supervisor, a bearded male, shrugs his shoulders and shakes his head while walking away from the teller or clerk serving me, that made me doubt the care or of any customers loss!

Great little post office. Has all postal services and supplies you need. Staff are really friendly and helpful, good knowledge and very patient.

As of 12th January 2023 the phone number given to contact Riverlink PO goes to message bank but then a message cannot be given, I just wanted to know if my parcel was there because the delivery company SHIPPIT didn't advise me where it was sent to - Great - another business that a customer can''t contact by phone.

Very kind staff here. The line can get extremely long, remember it’s not their fault! I always enjoy coming into this location.

Yesterday I visited North Ipswich Post Office to have passport photos taken for my daughter. The lady that served us was so helpful - she went above and beyond by checking when we were travelling and advising of passport application time frames, asked if I needed her to go through what documentation would be required and explained the lodgment process. I had researched this myself so was aware of what was required and the process - but thought how helpful all this information would be to someone that was unsure or didn't have the means to find out for themselves. Thank you for your assistance and caring - I wish I had thought to get your name so that I could call and pass on how valuable you are to the community. :)

Good grief didn’t even let my package sit for a day my fault for putting wrong numbers back to front but had my email and phone number on package and actual suburb on it. Absolute stuff around 4 hrs of me trying to make my package not get sent back to England. I had just downloaded the whole tracking of where it went! I got notification the day it was at your post office and yeah I didnt have ID on me so my fault but the email saying it arrived Said ok I’ll be back in the morning went back in the morning with ID saying it’s been delivered which means picked up! I’m like from who you wouldn’t give it to me yesterday with out ID. You guys returned to sender as it looks not not after I left the day before. I have times to prove it. Absolutely rotten ladies. Twice now I’ve stupidly put the numbers back to front on my P.O. Box realised it’s going to north Ipswich and absolutely dreaded going in because I know I’m gonna go through a freak show of circus stuff arounds! I think you guys play post office wars!

The lady that helped us with our passport photos, was so patient and compassionate.

Best customer serviceI travel here rather than go to the one closer to me in raceview for this reason

They never answer their phones which is very annoying. Why bother to advertise your phone number if you’re not going to answer it

I've used this Post Office for many years, and I have always found the staff, respectful, knowledgeable, extremely helpful, and courteous. Every customer that I have observed, received that same level of attention and service.Well done guys (and gals), it's a pleasure to do business with you. Regards to all.
