Windermere Estate, Mambourin – Sales Gallery

We have brought land in this estate and have found all sales centre staff to be friendly, helpful and giving of their time. Lovely facilities also.

I have to say great vision but poor delivery so far by the developer. Lots of promises on delivering streetscapes, parks, wetlands etc but it’s all very slow and the place is looking very derelict compared to other neighbouring estates (even those without body corp!). You only need to check out the updates on the website to see for yourself that it’s slow going. E.g. July 2020 update mentioned landscape works commencing in late September 2020 but not a seed planted yet!Earthworks were completed for the wetlands over 12 months ago with very little work since then. My advice to the developer is to check out Lakeside at Manor Lakes. New section of the wetlands completed and landscaped in less than 5 months for residents to enjoy!

Must absolutely recommend Alok and Luke at the Windermere Estate. They were very professional and helpful. Did not force or rush me. Answered my many many questions and even encouraged me to ask more. Great customer service and respect. Very happy with our appointment.

It was okay no staff on site when attended but contact details and hours of availability were clearly published just would have thought driving sales means people available and ready to help every time it appears that no one is around which means I drive to the next estate where help is available not much left in this area however which might be the reason. Why

Great estate with friendly neighbours, good amenities, future train station and future town centre. We are happy with the development so far. The Windermere sales gallery team are always happy to help with any issues in the estate even after you move in. Its been a great experience so far.

I visited Windermere Land Sales gallery looking for an investment property. and was greeted by Alok and Gina. What an amazing experience. Professionalism and kindness. They answered all my questions, very knowledgeable and explained the process to me very simply. What I appreciate a lot is they did not once pressure me or force me but rather made me feel comfortable. Highly recommending Windermere to my friends as well who are looking for land for sale.

Okay I’m posting my very honest review about Windermere and hope this will give future home owner some insight from our experience.I must say the display centre is amazing and very well done. The vision of Windermere are impressive at the start but over time we haven’t seen dramatic changes of the estate. All we hear are UNREALISTIC dates with full of “VISION” and massive delays.We now have started building and we haven’t seen any form of improvement. It’s looking like a cheap and inhabitable estate instead of what they call it “PREMIUM” on their website. A lot of home owners are concerned and frustrated with the delay and lack of clarity with the dates provided on the website.In fact it’s unfortunate I have to refer my family friends to look at the other estate as I’m ashamed how they state is looking atm.We need CLEAR transparency with REALISTIC outcomes. Not everything full of dreamy and cloudy vision without any actions.Thanks

I bought a land in this estate in 2018 ad got the land end of 2020. Was impressed by the vision of the estate and facilities. Only one year delay from the initial estimated delivery date, but no complain because this was expected and almost happens in all the new estates.The real disappointment is the development even after the titling of many stages. Still a very much inhabitable estate without any landscape around, poorly maintained common areas and debris. Only false promises and delays.There are lot of other estate around which are making lot of progress, however nothing yet conclusive from Windermere estate. Only can hope that things will change soon!!
