I would like to submit a review of the fantastic service and care I have received from your wonderful employee Mereana at the Highpoint Store. Mereana has endlessly shown that she genuinely cares about the results and progress for her clients. Every time I have come in she has always made me feel welcome and a valued customer. She will always ask me about my previous session and if I’m happy with the results. She also never fails to inform me of the great deals at Australia Skin Clinic. Due to Mereanas outstanding service I no longer go to any other skin clinic besides Highpoint’s - Australia Skin Clinic.

Been coming to Australian Skin clinics Highpoint for a number of years and their treatment is always amazing! All the therapists are friendly. Vivienne was very thorough with my laser treatment and also very informative during my facial treatments as well as the other ladies who have treated me in the past. Great pricing especially when they have package deals. Would highly recommend if you get regular treatments! Thank you Highpoint team!

I live with my dad and my 21 year old daughter. I sometimes go to the gym at night and tell my daughter to follow the dermal routine that the kind folks at the skin clinic offered her. When I get back she showed me a video on our tablet of her following her skin routine as proof. A few days ago I realized that her skin was slightly different in the video, and I figured out that she had simply prerecorded herself going through her routine in several different outfits. While I was fairly impressed at this, I kept a straight face and explained to her that when I was a kid, grandpa would beat me savagely with a can of deodourant whenever I didn't moisturise and wear sunscreen. Since then she's been following the skin routine religiously. Thank you to Gaby and the lovely technicians for their skin plan, it has been a great experience overall.

Very happy with my experience today. Had my appointment with Jessica who was very lovely, professional and friendly. She was very helpful with providing advice and answering questions, and always ensured that I was comfortable during my session.

Vivian at Australian Laser Clinic Highpoint is literally the best laser technician I have ever had. Extremely rude and inexperienced staff. They have 0 communication skills and will do everything forcefully. They do not know how to treat a customer at all. If you want to get anything done from ASK, do not go to the highpoint store. Other stores are way better than the highpoint one because of the staff.Update: The store manager called me after she read the review and offered another session which was very kind of her. She made sure I get their best staff who was actually very sweet - didn’t force me to buy products and even shaved one spot near me left cheek that I had missed.

My partner has lazer hair removal treatments and we couldn't be happier. He has no visible hair regrowth after 4 treatments. We always book with the gorgeous Vivian who is very knowledgeable, clearly explains everything about the procedures including aftercare & answers any questions. All the girls have been a pleasure to deal with & I wouldn't hesitate to recommend family & friends to come here.
