It’s gonna be long review, but I just want to share my amazing experience with Eric. I found this business on local community facebook page and then decided to visit shop and speak with Eric about my plans for installing new floors. He is open, honest and advised us about all possibilities and potential costs. We did hybrid herringbone floors and to say that I’m happy with the results is understatement. Eric did amazing job, payed attention to details and finished job on time. Highly recommended!

Eric and his team has done amazing job with our new home! His team has removed carpet and floorboard of this home and installed new hybrid floorboard. He was always responsive to all my messages and was helpful with his expert advices when I was struggling with decisions.His team also worked weekend to make the deadline when it looked like it could take longer due to previous installment of floorboard. I expected Eric to tell me he won’t be able to make it to the date promised but instead his team worked weekend to make it by the date he mentioned so we were able to move in as we scheduled. Thank you Eric and his team!Recently my hubby rib off a bit of floorboard while moving things so I SOS to Eric and he came right away with solution. ( He is a very busy man but he came early morning! )He has been very honest with everything and very practical person with expert advices.I would recommend Eric and his team for anyone having doubt about hiring him! His business may look small but his professionalism to his work cannot be compared!

My Wife and I used Grand Flooring Group to re-do flooring on our double story house. Lexie and Eric have been fabulous throughout the whole process.From our first encounter with this company, they have gone above and beyond to understand our needs and they delivered beyond our expectations. Lexie helped us decide on the type of flooring at their showroom whilst Eric managed the installation. Eric did a fantastic job on the floor of our first home. We tried to look for a professional and good-quality hybrid floor for some time, and we were lucky to meet Eric and his team. Eric and his team are simply the best not because they are no better ones out there but for the fact that they are honest, hard working and want to ensure customer satisfaction. They did not rush into this at all. Eric especially gave us all the honest and real inputs on how we should go about replacing all our carpets and which tiles suit us the best. From the start, we had a good feeling about himOur entire house is now tiled with amazing work from Eric and his team. They were very professional and finished all of the quality work on time. It is always humbling to see such hard working tradies who believe in providing true and real services to the clients. We love out floor now and especially our young kids. Everything Eric told us about the flooring has worked out exactly as he mentioned.Additional plus was his colleague Max who also baby sat by 1 year old son for a bit between his breaks. I will highly and forever recommend Eric and his team for flooring tiling work. We felt lucky we got him as our tradie to do this big piece of work. What a fantastic family owned business to have worked with! Eric and his team did hybrid flooring at our house almost a year ago and I’ve been meaning to write this review since then.
