I needed a new screen on my Apple iPhone and went to Quick Mobile Phone Repairs at Erina Fair. I spoke to a really nice bloke who spent time educating me on the benefits of paying for a genuine Apple screen compared to the rubbish products most other competitors use that are much more prone to breakage. I was convinced after listening that paying a couple of bucks extra was a better idea. He also chucked in a tempered glass screen protector and identified my phone cover isn't strong enough to withstand a basic impact so gave me a cool looking and more robust new phone cover at a cheaper price too. I walked away well educated and with a feeling of my expectations being exceeded.
