Vikasati is superb. The group training 10/10. Recovery in the magnesium pools also 10/10. The staff are helpful and were ready to help me go from no workout routine to a very healthy and sustainable routine.

I did the 7 day ice bath challenge and it was awesome! Access to the sauna and magnesium hot pools plus the ice bath was definitely worth it. The staff are so lovely aswell! Yesterday I forgot a hair tie and a staff member hunted one down for me :'). Thanks guys for a great experience! Highly recommend

We had the most relaxing visit to The Sanctuary at Vikasati on Friday - exceptional facilities operated by friendly, experienced, and generous people. From the moment Will greeted us, we felt like we were in good hands. Will made us delicious smoothies in the cafe and guided us through optimising our visit - we were able to follow the recommended sauna, cold and hot pool, and ice bath protocols via easily accessible instructions. Each detail that is important in a visit to a wellness center has been thoroughly and thoughtfully considered. The changerooms and bathrooms are clean, the staff are attentive, and the complimentary locker system is easy to use. The pool area is tranquil, and you would never know you were in the heart of Brisbane. Vikasati is the perfect place to unwind; The Sanctuary makes even a potential challenge like an ice bath feel like a peaceful experience. We highly recommend a visit to The Sanctuary, and if you're fortunate enough to live or work close by, you will love the fact that you can make Vikasati part of your regular gym-cafe-wellness center routine.

Excellent facility. The sauna is the largest I’ve ever seen. Two ice baths and a neck deep cold plunge pool. Plenty of space for a good number of people. Everything is clean, it smells nice. Just a first class offering.

The ice baths are quite a shock at first, although it is surprisingly how quickly your body tolerates the cold. Great venue, the people are lovely and centrally located. Enjoy the sauna and Magnesium warm and cool pools also.

Booked a couples sanctuary session at Vikasati in their wellness area for part of the wife’s Birthday surprises and it did not disappoint.Lovely set up. Simple but modern facility with a very large sauna, 2 ice baths + hot and cold Magnesium pools. Feeling so fresh and rejuvenated after a 90 minute session, thanks Ben and the Vikasati team, we will be back!

Came here solo for first time. Loved it. The owner is such a lovely good natured guy. The hot cold pools are beautiful. Ice baths are intense in a good way.Can also buy vitamins, drinks, food.Walked out feel recharged and relaxed all at once.

Loved training here followed by a recovery session in the pools and a protein smoothie! The community was very kind and welcoming for my first session and the coaches highly knowledgeable, attending to everyone in the class. Felt so good to jump right in a cold magnesium plunge after my workout - would love to make it to the sanctuary on a weekly basis!!

I spent an amazing hour and a half in The Sanctuary yesterday morning. I used a combination of the sauna, ice bath and magnesium plunge pools to encourage restoration and my body feels great today. I will definitely be heading back for relaxation and recovery. It is extremely well priced and the space is stunning. The facilities are excellent and it has the feeling of calm isolation (which I didn’t expect due to its proximity to the very busy Waterworks Rd) I can’t recommend this highly enough.
