Was cold called for a free hearing check, as a musician and audio engineer I thought it would be a great idea, went to the appointment, staff were quite clearly uninterested. Then was told,after I waited in the room and could overhear the staff bickering, that I had to pay. I left frustrated and offended by the poor people skills. Would not recommend. I took time off work for this.
