My car was unfortunately keyed very badly and I visited North Ballina Smash Repairs for a quote whether to go through insurance or not. They offered me 2 options to go through insurance if I wanted it to be repaired in full or they offered me another option which was quoted at $40 to buff it out and brush touch to full in the scratch. I went with that option and if it didn't turn out well I could always go through insurance.They did such an amazing job! To the naked eye you can not see it at all. Very grateful for all their help. Highly recommend.

Went in for a quote and they never got back to me. Called in to enquire about it, and they said they would call back, and they didn't. Work may be good but customer service is terrible.17.11.20: Edit, in response to owner:After taking time out my day to come to your shop, you could easily have reached me simply by trying again, leaving a voice-message or sending a text.My review is an honest representation of my experience with your business, and that is exactly how reviews are supposed to work. By the time you had not gotten back to me twice, I was hardly going to out of my way to get hold of you and and explain that I was about to leave a bad review.My advice to you in a situation like this would be to simply apologise and say you will try your best to do better in the future.

We had some damage to the car from an accident where we were not at fault. North Ballina Smash Repairs had been recommended to us and the other party's insurance agreed for us to use them. They did an excellent job and even provided us with a loan car for free. They were very professional, and operated in a COVID safe, contact free manner. I can highly recommend them!

North Ballina Smash Repairs did an extremely good job at painting roof and bonnet of my car due to a fault in the original paint. Car looks like new. So appreciative. I would highly recommend them for quality and cost.

Had a loser stop his car and reverse into my new rav4 hybrid, as apparently he saw some guy he knew on the side of street and decided to reverse back and have a yarn as he obviously owns the road and is one of the only humans left on the planet so no need to check whos behind him (could have been a child)Lucky airbags weren't deployed and front end damage was not severe, and car was still drivable except the bonnet being pushed inwards. My insurer paired me up with NBSR, so i drove down the next morning just to get an assessment. Joel did me a massive solid and squared up the bonnet, calibrated sensors etc the next day for me to get me safely on the road until my appointment which is 3 months away. Absolute legend and highly recommend this crew for all smash repair work. If he didnt fix the bonnet and sensors id be out of the game for 3 months and need car for livelihood. 10 STAR REVIEW **********

I cannot speak more highly of these guys. They have an excellent workshop, great communication and excellent workmanship. I was kept informed of their progress, their quote was accurate and reasonably priced and they couldn't be more helpful when I was in isolation due to covid and needed to have my car picked up once the job was complete. We used NBSR for our insurance claim after an accident in our 79series landcruiser. Joel, Tara and the team where nothing but professional and have a very good eye for detail mixed with A++ workmanship. We are very happy with all the work and repairs on our Ute done by NBSR and would happily highly recommend them to anyone needed any kind of work done on any vehicle. We will be taking our Ute back to NBSR for some optional paint work in the near future.
