Check you script charged. We were charged over 80% more then normal. Absolutely do not trust blooms Richmond. Once the chemist was confronted the price was adjusted back to what we pay in the local area. Very disappointed & bewildered tbh

Today I brought my friend for a flu vaccination. Worst place for medical service, they took more than an hour just for a flu vaccination. Do not recommend at all. 15 minutes wait turned into more than an hour. Staff communication and customer service needs improvement.

Would give zero stars if I could.Was refused a ventilation puffer via prescription because the pharmacist thought it was too soon after last script.I'm on a asthma care plan with my GP not chemist.10 minute wait is usually an hour or so most times I use this place.Was questioned on a sleeping tablet script. Again not your job lady!

Went in today to get Inner health ibs support, they are ment to price match when this staff said she couldn't do it because it was half the price. Then I couldn't use my rewards points. I would give a zero star if I could. On their website it clearly states they will gladly price match and didn't say anything about rewards card. Not impressed with Richmond blooms. I haven't had any issues with any other blooms store before!This store needs to pull their finger out and stop making their own rules.

Long time customer. Bought the wrong size of plantar fasciitis sleeve and they refused to swap to my right size as I no longer had the receipt even though it was a blooms product unopened and I have years of history purchasing from the store. I cancelled my order I had in and they were happy to lose me as a customer over a simple size swap of their own product. Would not recommend this store to anyone

The Chemists are excellent. Very professional and caring. Loved tgd fact that my GP can communicate directly with renewal of most scripts. Always check that I know the side effects and directions of new scripts.Almost all the other staff are very helpful too.Thank you for excellent service.

Rude service when asking to buy Sudafed and how long should the checkout take 10 people waiting, also recorded purchase when I handed Sudafed back and left the store. Went to Beta health and got great service
