I went here when my S10 stopped charging due to a water issue. Instead of fixing the charger issue they replaced the cracked screen, didn't tell me that the charger was faulty. 450 dollars later for a new screen, charging issue not fixed and now I have a really nice looking paperweight. I was refused a refund its really unfair and I feel like I got played.I was not given the option to not have the new screen fitted. I said take off the screen then tell me what's wrong with it. He just told me it was wet. And he dried it out. I found out actually when I went back a week later when my phone stopped working again that the charger was faulty and the guy told me that the man who fixed my phone was aware of this issue and still didn't tell me. He just took my money

Excellent service. For $35 they fixed my phone within 45 minutes, they were knowledgeable and friendly, phone is working great and didn’t lose anything off it. I will definitely be visiting them again.Thanks fellas

under no circumstance will i ever have a phone repaired at myphone my life erina. paid $175 to have a new screen, he fitted the screen then a protection screen as well and also a protection case around the phone. 2 weeks later the new screen lifted of the phone. and it stopped working and overheated. would not cover under warranty.

I came into this store to have the screen replaced on my iPhone XS and now have a broken phone.Since they have replaced my screen I have had increasing issues with my phone.It is overheating both on charge and with use.Force touch is no longer working reliably.The battery life has reduced significantlyThere have been glitches with the screen freezing and the notification buzzer running constantly once stated and not stopping until the phone is fully shut down.Additionally, the screen is clicking in and out of the bottom edge of the frame.Having paid $260 for the service I am extremely unhappy with this result and would like a refund as I am worried the staff have created a short circuit across the main board of my phone, meaning i will have to have it fully repaired.I have emailed them already and am currently waiting to hear back.

Have had my phone and iPad fixed here over the last several months, no issues. Even better, when you don't have to get the same thing fixed twice!!(Previously went to a random place in Sydney, going back several times wasn't the most ideal...)They guys are professional and any repairs/advice has been greatAdditionally, apprecieate the recommendation for where to get my MacBook fixed, works great now and so much cheaper!!

Wow what a terrible service. Paid to have my screen to be replaced with a genuine Apple screen. Needed to be taken back twice as Face ID and camera weren’t functioning properly afterwards. They couldn’t fix it and wouldn’t take responsibility for the problem either. What a waste of time and money.

Went to get my screen fixed, and when they gave my phone back the camera was broken. I brought it back for them to fix under the warranty I was promised but they insisted that my camera wasn't working due to prior damage" - even though it was working fine when I brought it in to them. They REFUSED to give me my phone back until I gave them over $200 to fix the damage that THEY had caused in the first place. Can't believe these people are still operating. Seriously dodgy and disgusting."

Best phone place in Erina Fair, I compaired the same product at all the other places in Erina Fair and this place was the best price. Two other kiosks wanted $80 for case, my phone wanted $55.Other places were trying to up sale products that were inferior and over priced.This is the best place.Great service from the big guy.Taking all my phones there from now on.

The guys were great who installed my new screen on my iPhone, however when the screen started failing only a few weeks later I took it back to give them a chance to fix it. They provided excuses that my phone was to blame and not their poor aftermarket product. I’m now left short on cash and stuck with a dodgy screen. Stay away from companies that don’t stand behind their products and go with someone else.
