I came across Harpair through google search and am glad i did. Jake and his team did a great job from booking, ordering, installing and cleanup. I needed the installation done early and Jake didnt have an availability then - however as soon as he had a window available he supplied and installed my aircon two days earlier. Now that is good customer care. Very professional and a genuine bloke.Thanks for a great job Mate.

I have worked with Jake and the Harpair boys for just over a year now. They look after over 150 A/C units at our Facility. I find the boys reliable and punctual when called out for breakdowns. Riley came and inspected/cleaned my air conditioning. He was very professional, and did a really good job! I no longer have an issue with mold in my aircon. 100% the boys are very good at what they do.

Jake and Riley from the HarpAir team replaced my aging system with two new Daikin ducted systems. The team were courteous and professional, and did a great job explaining the setup to my wife and I. We now have fully separate temperature control over every room, I can control everything from my phone or the tablet and I can even remotely turn it on when I am on my way home. It is a great system and I cannot recommend Harp Air highly enough.

Thanks to Jake and the hairair boys for all their hard work, I couldn’t be happier the install of our 4 package unit system that we had installed for our warehouse. I would never recommend a company who's employees think it is acceptable to throw their rubbish out the window as they are leaving a service station that provides plenty of bins, and then later after being guestured towards by a member of the public for doing so, wind the window down and throw food scraps at a Motorcyclist. very disgusting behaviour and says a lot about what their work ethic would be like. I would strongly reccomend AVOIDING this company and going elsewhere.
