This mob regularly stuffs marketing fluff in my letterbox. iiNet are keeping the snails in the letterbox happy.

I applied to close my internet account as I’m moving home, they refused to close the account until they talked to me for half an hour on Sunday! Just trying to persuade me use their service in the new place!After I finally closed my account, they charged me AGAIN! It’s so UNBELIEVABLE! What’s the point I’ve been talking to this company for that longtime and they still charge me? So disgusting!

Poor service and customer support. 4hrs of calls over a month's to resolve a hardware issue on their network.

Paid for 74Mbps. Never got better than 50Mbps. 80m from node.

MISERABLE service. The WORST!! I was with iiNet for a year. The Internet they provided was patchy and dropped out regularly. Setting up with them was a nightmare - they took several weeks to even send me the modem, and then it was the wrong kind. Talking with them on the phone is torture - they refuse to do anything to help resolve issues that they've created. My breaking point was when I tried to move house with them. They didn't keep setup appointments, wasted tons of my time, kept me on hold forever with customer service - and I still don't have Internet! Just do yourself a favour and never, ever, ever try and deal with this company!PS I would give less than 1 star if that was an option. So many wasted hours of my life I will never get back, just trying to get Internet...
