My car was parked on the street and reversed into by a rigid (truck). The rear car door was completely caved in. Whole thing needed to be replaced. Done some research online to find a decent smash repair and came across Baileys. Never in my life have I dealt with such amazing people. John was extremely helpful and done an incredible job. Price was more than reasonable and definitely got what was paid for. I would highly recommend Baileys Smash Repair to everyone and anyone that wants, great customer service, reasonable pricing and perfection for their car/s. Thank you John and Baileys team.

I am singing praises for this company. I am very grateful.Googled high-rating smash repairs and this came up close to my area. Classy, professional service from start to end. Fair and reasonable pricing. They even squeezed my car in to accomodate for prompt turnover, and also disposed the bag of broken glass I had in the boot without me asking for it.And once I got the car back, job was done perfectly, as if nothing happened. PS the receptionist lady is lovely and warm. Thank you, John and the Bailey team!

John is very skilled and professional. My car was hit and ran on the right rear door, leaving some mild scratch. I followed the google review and found Bailey Smash Repair. John was courteous and honest, and after inspecting the scratch, made a reasonable recommendation to give buffing treatment. After the treatment, the paint is almost like new and I highly recommend this store.
