EB Games - Broadway

Passive aggressive and rude manager when trying to return an item. I just asked if I was able to return it and he was actually quite rude to his own staff member, who was just a young lad trying to help me out. Overall, poor shopping experience in general. Over priced, poor quality item. I hadn't used the item, had just removed it from the box and all it would of needed was a new sticker to seal it. Would not recommend EB Games post sale service, particularly the Broadway store manager. The young chap who tried to help was actually very polite and helpful, not a reflection on him at all. Can safely say I wouldn't ever shop with EB Games again after that experience.

The 7 day for any reason" return policy is a sham. "You touched it so it’s no longer new"I think it’s reasonable to not offer no-cause returns for some products

I've come here for years, I know every time I'm going to get the best advice and service and be happy with my games or other product when I get home. Most recently, Andres helped me out. Great man. I'll be back.

I’m legally blind and needed some help finding the items I needed. Not only were the staff members both wonderful and willing to answer all my questions, they went above and beyond by offering to help me find things in the store that I needed and even taking consoles out to show me the differences in accessibility settings and screen sizes to help me decide what would be most accessible to me. They were very patient with me, very polite and asked what would be most helpful in terms of games and features and they read out all necessary text as I am unable to. It was a really lovely experience and I’ll definitely be returning.

I just wanna say a big thankyou to Andres for helping replace my switch charger yesterday. You rock!!

One star for the service received today at EB Broadway, the sales assistant was rude and mocking us while we tried to get a refund for a brand new game.Thanks to EB customer care on line helped with our issue today and all ends well.EB are great store and we won’t let one bad experience deter us from purchasing in the future

These guys are awesome! The Store Manager Andres is excellent at his job, always friendly, happy to help and delivers customer service a country mile above the rest! I just wanted to publicly thank Andres from EB games at Broadway. When I went to pick up my pre-ordered PS5, he was incredibly cheerful. His customer service really stood out as he was able to sort out my EB world card which is something that has been causing me issues for almost a year. Other staff (from different store locations) always advised me to call customer service to change the name and some contact details of my card. Andres offered to do it and got the job done in less than two minutes. I asked him about a game to buy with purchase, for myself, as the PlayStation we ordered was for my boyfriend. Andres asked a few questions about what I was into and he immediately suggested a game that I happily walked away with and can’t wait to play. His customer service and product knowledge was exceptional and it shows how dedicated he is to customer satisfaction. Thanks again Andres!
