Ben, Anthony and staff go above and beyond to assist, whether its for advice on chemicals and equipment or to make emergency repairs to keep you on the road. Been using Tensens for many years and definitely recommend them, from Brad at Hale Carpet Cleaning.

Very very rude staff.Also about 80% more expensive parts than everywhere else.Quoted part from them was $386, I ended up buying it elsewhere for $220.Do not reccomend.

5 stars for Tensens from me. They have a decent range and their prices are good. I also like the free local freight when spending over $200. This is what keeps me coming back to Tensens over CCW if I can possibly help it. Keep up the good work guys. Best in Oz in my opinion.

Dont go anywhere else.Bought a 650 Everest truckmount carpet machine 18 months ago. I've had tensens service it every 100 hours and it has not let me down once.Very happy ,great service and friendly staff.ChrisThanks guys

I have to say im pretty well disgusted that this company would send out a product so dirty, sticky and full of black soot, it had nothing to do with the box as they were in a plastic bag, YES someone actually put these in a plastic bag in this condition, so it was sent deliberately, I emailed Sales ( Marcia Rodgers ) and Michael at 5.17am with this pic and is now 10.00am and have received no reply, they were not only dirty they had an oily film all over it, Please dont take a chance and order from them unless you want to spend most of the morning cleaning their product, absolute disgrace, if the owner reads this, it is order number 2114792, they say buy local but its just not worth it. For the record this was a test order to find out whether or not to use you permanently, so you have lost quite a bit of future sales, well done!

We had our truck mount machine serviced by a technician on the GC, but to be honest we were not confident in what they did. Called Ben and he kept communications open at all times with what was required to fix a small problem. Ended up getting Tensens technicians to service the machine again and rectify the problem. Thanks guys Pete

We get all our cleaning products for our home and business from tensens and we couldn’t be more happier with there products, the staff are very friendly and knowledgeable we wouldn’t shop anywhere else.
