Glen was helpful with all my requests and responded to me fairly quickly. I requested some work to be attended to, and Glenn made sure it was done. Also the Leasing agent work was prompt and efficient and charges slightly less than other agents such as LJ Hooker

Glen Gracie Real Estate (All Urban Rentals) are easily the most unprofessional Agency I've had to deal with. Poor quality property management. Maintenance and repairs left for way too long, show up at rentals unannounced, no professionalism when it comes to dealing with tenants. I would have to say the worst real estate agency in Brisbane - in my opinion. Why can't I choose 0 stars!!
