Terrible staff I just bought earings from there today. I was served by the manager who when I asked can I pay after pay and had already paid for my earings . She flat our just said no too late. I do know she could have done a refund and re put them through as after pay for me. I don't know who promoted her manager because her customer service skills are disgusting . It was not about me paying for my earings with after pay it's the fact I got brushed off

I just had the strangest experience. I went here to buy a silver chain. I wanted a belcher. The woman behind the counter wanted me to have a curb chain. She was really serious about me buying her choice of chain. She even said, I know it's boring

Went into buy a id bracelet for anniversary gift for my husbandChose one with watch band links thinking it could be extended if necessary.Had it engraved.Husband has slender wrists but bracelet is too tight.Prouds cannot extend it. Sent me to Mr Minute who also cannot extend it and frankly laughed at the size of the bracelet as sold for men.Absolutely useless and very disappointing.
