I went to Good Guys Maroochydore yesterday to buy a washing machine and dryer. Dee, the salesperson was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, friendly and gave me a great deal. I’ll definitely be going back

Staff were non existent.zero customer service and when I eventually was served, it felt like I interrupted a personal conversation.went to the counter to purchase my product.Was overcharged, only because the product displayed, wasn't in-stock, and they had a slightly different model number in its place..asked about the product in question and staff had no clue.Zero help from all staff during the whole visit.left store very dissatisfied.I then searched for the item online, the product displayed wasn't listed, even though it is for sale in store with zero stock available.I purchased the next relevant item online via clock an collect.30 mins later, I received the collection txt.the person who served me, immediately passed me on to another staff member, who, couldn't find my order with my receipt and order number, even though they packed it themselves.My shopping experience with the good guys and this store in particular is extremely poor and I will definitely avoid shopping there again and recommend other competitors for the same products..there was at least 10 team members in store, customer volume was non existent.definitely won't be back.

What a refreshing experience today 14 March 2023, at The Good Guys Maroochydore. Our sales person was Amy and she delivered an extremely pleasant and knowledgeable customer service to us. She was able to explain the many features of the smart tv and her self presentation to the customer, was to be commended. Well done Amy. You are an amazing asset to the company. We bought an LG 700L $4000 fridge from The Good Guys, and purchased the Gold service extended warranty, because it was an expensive purchase and because we were promised that this service extended to remote regional areas. We live in a small town of around 10,000 people. The fridge broke down on 5th January and we have been getting the runaround ever since. 6 weeks later- in Qld- in Summertime and we still have a broken fridge!

Bought a Washing Machine Today (Feb 13th) at Good Guys Sunshine Plaza Maroochydore, and the Sales Woman, Selene/Celine (no idea how to actually spell it) was AMAZING!! Knowledgeable, Honest, Friendly and BRILLIANT!! Highly Recommend her and the store!!

Ordered something from Kawana only to want to change it to Maroochydore. Called up, couldn't do over the phone needed to call their online number. Online number non existent online. Had to call back to get number. Called the online store, waited on hold for 20 minutes. finally got through to someone and she assured me it was changed to Maroochydore as they had plenty of stock so wasn't an issue. Next day went to pick up in Maroochydore only to be rudely told that my pickup was in Kawana. After explaining to her about what had happened, she more or less didn't believe me and told me she couldn't do anything.... Waste of time.

Staff Brad working in maroochydore is the best staff member. Polite, humble and very easy going. Even, He explain about the product clearly doesnot matter how many question you ask about the product. Best staff Brad. I would recommend him for everyone.

Purchased my 75” Toshiba TV it arrived quite quickly it’s an amazing tv, will give my Sony OLED a run for its money !Good service The Good Guys !!

Second time l have been to the store in a year and find their service is dreadful. Went in on the 20/12/22 to buy a few gifts.There was hardly anyone in store, one of the gifts was a Webber and whilst waiting for assistance at the barbecues there was a gentleman sitting back and forth on his chair having a wonderful loud phone conversation with someone.No eye contact, nod, communication etc so l walked out and went to the Morayfield store and spent my money there and had excellent communication and sales information as soon as l walked in right to the end.

Just bought a toaster and kettle here. Adam was very friendly, efficient, helpful and quick to offer assistance. The store was also well laid out and it was easy to find what I was looking for. The prices are competitive. I will shop here again.
