We turned up looking for a few foil balloons in a star shape and a half moon shape. Unfortunately, these weren't in store despite being on the website. It turns out they are available from the Sydney office. The really lovely lady at the counter was so nice and gave us a few options on places to go. It is strongly recommended that you order what you want beforehand. Also they close at 4pm not 5pm as stated on Google.
