From the instant we met Robert and the team at Newlands Funerals, we knew that we had made the right choice.There was a connection and understanding that was felt immediately. My family and I had to deal with quite a few things when our father passed away. Robert and the team were able to guide us and ensure that all our needs were met. The funeral service for my uncle was good. I was disappointed that even though we were family but did not arrange the funeral, as we were not my uncle's Power of Attorney, we were shunned and ignored. We were not acknowledged as family. That was upsetting, as I feel we did not get to say goodbye properly.
