Element - Haus of Aveda

My experience with aveda was amazing. The staff was really kind and welcoming. I went there for haircolouring. There was a miscommunication about what i wanted (english is not my first language) so i was not really happy with the first result. I called them the next day to ask if there was something they could do to change the result. They gave me a new appointment straight away the same day that i called. They listened really good to what i wanted, they were really kind, and they did an amazing job! They redid my hair for free. I'm really really happy with the result and i would definetly go there again.

Takako works magic on my sensitive, sensitive skin. When I started visiting Element - Haus of Aveda and seeing Takako as my skin therapist, it used to flare up just on touch, let alone when product was applied. After all of Takako's care and wisdom, my skin just laps it all up. It feels calm and strong, plump and glowing with health. Thank you Takako and Team Element.

Takako is fabulous and the overall experience is fabulous. I have started getting monthly massages and try to do a spa treatment with a body wrap every now and then too. Love it.

I dropped in last minute and they managed to squeeze me in! From entering, until leaving the staff were lovely. Flavia was super helpful, understood my needs and the first hairdresser I've seen since leaving my one of 7 years in the UK. I'll definitely be back, the hair is fresh!

Paloma is an exceptional therapist, I’m blown away.I really needed some nurturing today and she managed to take me to another planet.Her bedside manner is perfect, her massage was so strong and her flow was so so so good.I’m so grateful thank you Paloma!

Yesterday was my second visit to salon which I used because they are an Aveda colour provider. Whilst I cannot fault the customer service, including treatments at the basin, the highlights provided do not match the existing colours that were in my hair. The result being that I have been given highlights which are far too blond which will only lighten further in the sun. Whilst the colours are quite nice they are far lighter than my existing colour which is disappointing.It is also disappointing that the previous visit’s colour usage was not recorded in the salon’s customer records.I also have to add that the cut I received is not very good. I asked for a traditional bob with fringe which I received but technically the hairdresser could not do. There was no sectioning of the hair which typically starts at the back and nape of the neck. Cutting was haphazard and technically not very good. Unfortunately, I will not be using this salon again.

I’ve only had a short style for a couple of months, the first one was great, the next two made me look somehow simultaneously matronly/bogan. This was my last shot at keeping it and Aby did such a great job. He is my go to man from now on! And his massage is subliminal!

In town for a fabulous wedding, we randomly chose Haus of Aveda for hair and makeup, Abbie (Hair) and Paloma (makeup) were just wonderful, I don't think I ever looked so good, wish I could go every weekend. Thank you!
