Mclaren Vale Wine Tours

We had a great day touring McLaren Vale with Wayne. He suggested a couple of wineries, of which Hugos was definitely the highlight. We also chose a couple of wineries including Down the Rabbit Hole, where we had a fantastic lunch. He even endured our bad karaoke singing on the way back to our accommodation.Highly recommend touring with Wayne for his knowledge of the area and the chance to try his wines.

Must visit place . The Cube’s designing is spectacular, not only to see it from outside, also very interesting to see the view through the triangle size windows. Made the view very different. The wine tasting is worth to try, friendly staff and beautiful wine

If you go to SA and don't do a wine tour with Wayne from Be Consume Tours, you're doing it wrong!We booked a McLaren Vale tour with Wayne while on a golf trip to SA with a small group of friends. Wayne was extremely helpful throughout the whole booking process, providing suggested wineries but giving us a huge choice as well. The whole day was amazing! The vehicle was spotless and comfortable and Wayne’s local knowledge and driving skills excellent. Tells plenty of great stories, and was on time and prompt all day.He had pre-booked our tastings and the first stop, Hugo’s winery was a perfect start, they opened early just for us and Liz was an absolute superstar! In fact all of the wineries welcomed us and treated us like family thanks to Wayne and his connections. The whole day was one to remember. Wayne also gave us a wine tasting and morning tee from his own winery in the Barossa, and shared so much information on wine to satisfy those with no prior knowledge, and those much more well informed.If you're going to Adelaide you MUST see the wine regions with Wayne from Be Consumed Tours, I cannot recommend him highly enough!

A perfect day tour to the McLaren Vale, with plenty of winery visits and a stop over with cheese, crackers and Wayne's own wine. Wayne is a very knowledgeable host, sharing his love for South Australia with his guests. A well planned day and great coastal stop on the way back to Adelaide. Highly recommended!

Wayne was absolutely excellent! He matched the wineries to the experience we were after, and provided some really great insight into the local industry.We brought our 8 month old baby along for the day of tastings, and he was really accommodating and helpful with that whole process too.

Wayne was wonderful to tour with and very knowledgable of the area and the wineries. We left it to him to choose which wineries to visit. Finished the day at a local brewery.

We visited some great wineries and a Gin Distillery where we had some great Pizza for lunch!Wayne was informative, the trip included a special stop where we had an antipasto platter and sampled some of Wayne special wines!A great day had by all!

Wayne took us and another couple, to Hugo Wines, Samson Tall, Chalk Hill, Nick Haselgrove (not to be confused with the other winery using his family name), and Swell craft brewery. Wayne even stopped under gum trees to serve cheese, crackers, meat, sausage rolls, and vegetarian pasty, and tastings of his own wines. His knowledge and passion for the area, and the industry, shine through. Best tour operator I could wish for.
