Worst customer service, the guy selling meeting was weird and starting arguing pointlessly. Quality of meet does not look good and seems meat still had blood in it and not properly drained off. I am not going there again. I'll rather buy a meet from Auburn 5- 10 min drive which has much better quality meat and less price.

I took beef mince today as I believe being fresh , I always used to buy from there but When I checked at home today it was frozen being melt bad quality so don’t believe them check same time it’s fresh or not

Such a dodgy shop/employer. This employer Ali should be fined for his illegal treatment of staff. He underpays all staff below minimum amount, asks staff to work extra hours and they have to chase him up for weeks on end to get paid. Fruit and vegetables are not even fresh, the man takes shortcuts everywhere to save a buck. Fair trading need to get onto this place.

Edited: This is my go-to place to buy meat! But salespersons have no sense how to cut meat. Looks like They keep chicken & meat in water so that it gain weight. Hire professional butchers to skin off chicken and make pieces. Your salespeople grind chicken while cutting. Customer service is sometimes good sometimes off.

Beware! They are a big rip-off. It’s a must to ask them breakdown of the total amount otherwise you’ll be overcharged for sure. I got 3 items today, and was charge $7 extra on top of items price! On asking the lady had no explanations and she was giving non sense excuses.

The shopkeeper charades us extra for a piece of meat, e.g 15.50 it says on the tag per kilo and he charge us 16.50 per kilo

Very bad customer service from the guys at the meat side of the shop. Prices of meat also dont make sense, they display and charge differently at the counter. No break down of prices on receipt. This shop is closer to us but we would rather travel a bit further away to get better services.
