Purchased a Bunnings kitchen and were given wedo as the preferred installer. The guys on the phone were prompt returning both my phone call and email.When it came to the quote, the cost of the kitchen installation was astronomical. Double the price of the kitchen purchase, and there was a 2 month wait for a installation date.I managed to arrange an installation with another company for 1/3 of the price wedo quoted.

We recently contracted the WeDo team to do a substantial renovation to our kitchen - new counter tops, appliances and tiling. Being first time home owners and renovators, the process can be a daunting one.From the initial quote to final sign off, the team made the whole process efficient and stress free. The trades were all excellent at what they do, and we're completely happy with the quality of the work.A big thank you to Miles and the team! We won't hesitate work with them again for our next reno.

I needed an old wall oven removed and new oven and microwave installed. The team were friendly and professional and completed the task to my request. I was very happy with the results.

Margaret was exceptional! You can tell she really cares about the work she does for other people and she really loves her job. It felt like we had a friend over! She totally nailed the brief! Could not recommend highly enough.

Not professional at all. After attending our house for a measure and quote, we have now not heard back from them for nearly two months. The guy who attended didn't leave the impression they were really up to the task and the lack of a quote or feedback proves our initial feeling. Just tell people straight up if you do not want to do the job!

Very good but very expensive.I contracted WeDo for a kitchen and laundry installation.Their operating model is that they are the head contractor and use a number of sub-contractors for electrics, plumbing, plastering, etc.On the plus side, they have access to excellent tradesmen and any issues were quickly resolved. They were let down slightly by the plumber who didn’t really have the most professional attitude and quality of craftmanship compared to the other contractors.A Project Manager is appointed who organises all the tradesman and performs very thorough quality checking. Some very minor issues were found during this inspection and within days the sub-contractor concerned was back onsite to resolve the issue.This does come at a high cost though – approx. $3,500 out of the total costs of approx. $18,500 were for the project management fees. The Project Manager does add value though and certainly eliminated much of the stress that otherwise would have been suffered by myself. $2,000 - $2,500 would have been more reasonable though but you get what you pay for.Their costs to pull out and dispose of the existing kitchen were astronomical. About $3,500. In the end I organised this with another company for less than a third of that cost.They also stung me on the costs of the general rubbish removal. Initial quote was around $800 but once I found out who they used for this service, I contacted them myself and asked for a quote for the same scope of work and it was less than $300.Overall though, the installer of the kitchen cabinetry did do an excellent job and has been highly praised by all those who have seen the kitchen today.In summary – reliable, professional but expensive.
