Purchased a Jeep Grand Cherokee from Jess and the LMG team. Jess was the best car sales person I've ever dealt with. Really professional and spot on with her information and service. Bought the Jeep sight unseen from Perth. Jess provided video, photos and other details that gave us enough confidence to make the purchase. She also helped arrange storage for a period before we flew to Hobart to pick up the car, then a tour of Tassie before driving back to Perth. The Jeep was exactly as we expected and beautifully presented. We were delighted with the whole process and would definitely buy again from LMG used cars. Ask for Jess!

Thanks so much to the team at LMG - in particular thanks to Kyle S for his assistance on a recent purchase I made from their dealership.I live in Victoria, and Kyle organised a video inspection of the vehicle I was interested in, and all of the delivery process to be as smooth as possible to my location in Victoria.Unfortunately, when I received the vehicle I ran into some issues, however Kyle and the team at LMG were true to their word and covered the cost of all repairs required to get it running perfectly again. This was very much appreciated!Kyle was extremely attentitive to all my emails, calls and in general was fantastic to deal with! Staff like him are hard to find, and as a direct comparison between Kyle at LMG and my local Mercedes dealership is a stark difference between amazing service (Kyle at LMG) and terrible customer service (my local Mercedes).I highly, highly recommend the team at LMG and if you're lucky to get Kyle, that's an added bonus! Purchased my car in November through Kyle. Kyle was very helpful and supportive throughout. Had a minor issue recently. Kyle organised the service crew to sort it and provided a loan car. Even organised the service that was due. Nothing was a bother. All covered by the purchased warranty. I’ll definitely recommend Kyle and LMG in future.
