A fabulous place to work in a well resourced centre.Staff are appreciated and supported.Lots of opportunities for career progression and professional development.Supportive management team and Director is very active and involved in the centre.Lovely families and children that are enrolled.Would highly recommend if you want to work or enrol your child where everyone is valued and supported with great respect.

All good staffs left, and terrible new team leader. She has no patience,no empathy when she talks to kids , not supporting to kids either. When my kid had accidents during toilet training , she just told parents and even in front of my kid said :“ I can’t accept it ! ur kids knew where is the toilet and he did it on purpose. Your kids need to put the nappis now “ .What kind of the educator will say these to kids and parents!? A professional educator needs to encourage ,help and educate kids ! Very disappointing this managements !

My son started here after his 3rd bday. He loves his teachers and ask to go to school everyday. He adapt quickly to the environment in the centre it’s because the teachers are so loving.Thank you Guardian seven hills for all that you have done for our son and continue to do .

My child has been bitten thrice in 10 days at the centre with excuses being given each time. Pathetic services and utter lack of transparency about ongoing issues at the centre relating to poor supervision. Quite frustrated as a parent.

Inadequate supervision in the rooms leading to multiple bites in a span of few days for my child. Utterly frustrated at the excuses being provided time and time again. Leadership team only wants to sweep things under the carpet. Unhelpful attitude. Response is only provided for the sake of responding and no action taken to prevent recurrence. Poor implementation and follow ups.

This service has changed dramatically under the new management. The learning that take place with in the service is outstanding as they offer number of experiences. My child always comes home happily and shares everyday experiences with me .I am very satisfied with the services that centre provide. We are happy to be part of this centre.

Nothing but negative experiences with this centre and company. We left 2 months ago and still haven't received our bond back. Whenever I contact the centre itself or guardian head office I always get a generic we'll have someone return your call" which never happens. So far the admin team

I can’t recommend this childcare facility enough.. The support and care that has been provided to our daughter has been incredible! The staff really go above and beyond to make you and your little one settle in and feel like part of the group. They are also very hands on and always take the time to have a chat and let you know how your little one is going. The centre itself is large, bright and full of awesome educational toys for your little one to learn and entertain themselves.. We are very happy that we are part of this community! KeepUp The great work guys!
