I've shopped here many times and always received good service except for today unfortunately. The young lady who served me EAS rude and unhelpful and needs customer service training.

It’s convenient and the prices aren’t really that much more than the major supermarkets, but their range of stock is very limited. They don’t have most of things I want to buy, and their fresh produce range is quite lacking. The service is perfectly fine, though the staff need to stop going straight for the disposable plastic bags when every time I clearly walk in with my own bag, it’s annoying, albeit a pretty minor gripe. Overall I don’t mind shopping here for the necessities or last minute stuff, but big shops are better done up at Cove Hill.

Have lived in the area and shopped here all my life but noticed in the last 12 months or so the customer service has become very bland. Staff used to greet you and smile,just say hello. Now they dont even look at you when serving. Training is definitely needed. Iga stores are community stores we expect good service. Doesnt hurt to smile and say hello.

Prices are a little high and I’ve had some bad bad ham from the deli, it was off. BUT the staff are super friendly, which almost makes up for it.
