Mother Nurture Yoga
Mother Nuture Yoga has been the best part of my maternity leave. Caroline is an amazing instructor and makes the classes so comfortable. Having the babies there has also been a highlight and we were both so looked after. Can’t recommend it enough!

Mother Nurture Yoga
This was the second time I attended Mother Nurture yoga classes with Caroline during pregnancy. This time I attended most classes online due to the pandemic and they have been a real lifeline to me.We also attended the couples birth preparation course for the first time and it was great - super practical and really gave my husband Mark a lot of confidence in how to support me during labour. It was a very different labour to my first and things progressed so quickly that the techniques so useful to me last time didn’t necessarily work this time. But Mark could pick up pretty quickly what I was trying to do without having to use words and help guide me through it. I feel like we were so much more in sync this time around and your course played a huge role in that so thank you!I’m looking forward to joining postnatal classes again after Christmas!

Mother Nurture Yoga
My postpartum core + pelvic floor recoveries have gone fairly smoothly and have no doubts that all the pregnancy yoga classes I took with Mother Nurture Yoga helped. The breathing/visualization exercises were also really helpful, and all the teachers were great (especially loved Anna and Justyna’s classes). I took classes from weeks 27 to 40 (went up to day before due date!) and found it very manageable and enjoyable especially towards end of pregnancy with all the different pose variations and options. The teachers were always willing to address specific pregnancy pains and issues either before or after class. As it turned out bub decided to stay put in womb for an extra week... would’ve loved to continue classes just for that one week had I known!

Mother Nurture Yoga
I recently completed a 3-hour training session on the basics of pre-natal yoga at Mother Nurture Yoga. It was absolutely fantastic and I highly recommend it to any yoga teacher who wants to be prepared for when a pregnant woman walks into their general class. Caroline's knowledge is so deep and she has lots of practical insights to share on how to take care of pregnant women.

Mother Nurture Yoga
The Pregnancy Day Retreat was a lovely way to take some time out to relax, unwind, do some yoga, learn some new techniques to encourage a positive birth experience and meet other pregnant mothers at a similar stage in life. Caroline created a safe space to share our experiences and thoughts and prepared some notes that we could take home at the end of the day. I'd recommend this retreat to other pregnant ladies. It's worth it! :-)

Mother Nurture Yoga
I always feel so much better after a yoga class with Mother Nurture. It's easy to just focus entirely on looking after the bub and forgetting you still need to stretch and feel well in yourself. From someone who did a lot of Yoga before falling pregnant, this class really helps my mental well being. Can't recommend it more. The teachers are always patient, helpful and considerate to how you're feeling that day and I have never left not feeling better. They are also really helpful in assisting with health care requests.

Caroline provided our Mother’s Group exceptional post-natal yoga, which was designed in a differentiated way given the needs of our group members. Being a mother herself, she was incredibly flexible and understanding of the interruptions of our babies and supported us throughout the whole session in a personal, kind and professional way.She provided notes so that we could understand the areas we needed to strengthen and gave suggestions and ideas for practice at homeWe all loved our sessions with Caroline, for many of us it being the highlight of our week.We recommend her outstanding sessions to anyone.

Mother Nurture Yoga
My partner and I just loved the Couples Birthing Course. Caroline was very warm and welcoming, and there was a great balance of discussion in the class and practical activities that really put my partner and I at ease in terms of our expectations of birth. Plus, it was just lovely to do something hands-on to prepare for the arrival of our baby girl, as due to COVID, all my antenatal education has been online via the hospital. This course was exactly what we needed, as it was ideal to remove ourselves from the clinicalisation of birth and really embrace it for the life-giving experience that it is. I would not hesitate to recommend this course to anyone expecting children!

Mother Nurture Yoga
Caroline was such a lovely instructor, the Couples Birth Preparation Workshop was really enjoyable. My husband and I walked away saying what a nice experience it was. It was so nice for us to connect and prepare for such a special time. So many great tips and advice for a nice birth experience. My husband felt he was given really valuable advice in order to offer as much support as possible during labour. There aren’t many times in life that you slow down and take a moment / do yoga while touching your partner while doing breathing exercises, so it felt very special. I came away from the workshop feeling confident that there are techniques for me to labour comfortably.

I have attended Caroline's workshop on Supporting Pregnant Clients in a General Yoga Class" and it was very insightful! This short 3-hour format was very practical and allowed me to feel much more confident to teach and include pregnant women in my classes. Caroline is very knowledgeable on the topic
