Beyond MVMNT
I have been training at Beyond Movement for almost 8 years and would honestly never look elsewhere. From the coaches and staff right down to the members, this place makes you feel at home from the moment you walk in the door. It has not only helped me change physically, but also mentally. I highly recommend Beyond Movement whether you are just starting out, or a seasoned gym goer.

Beyond Mvmnt is beyond amazing! It took me a while to get over my fear of even walking in the door and it was a slow start but now I can't think of anywhere else I would rather train! You are not stuck in a crowded class with no idea of technique or guidance - you are mentored and supported EVERY step of the way with the classes adjusted to your fitness and ability. Extra fun events are run through the year as well as 6 week Challenges so there is something for everyone. A great environment with fantastic trainers that welcome everyone of any age or fitness.

If you want a welcoming , warm environment for all ages, fitness levels and experience this is the place for you.Been going to beyond MVMNT for the last 3 years and I have loved every session .The coaches and patrons are All unreal always smiling and willing to help you with your fitness goals .

Beyond MVMNT
Beyond Mvmnt has changed not only my look on training but also my nutrition! I recently completed a 6 week nutrition challenge and have never enjoyed a challenge so much in my life! I wasn't restricted at all, i made lifestyle changes that are maintainable, I gained knowledge around nutrition, mental health, coping with stress and recognising my personal weaknesses! I can not recommended catching up with the nutrition coaches and giving beyond movement a go enough!

Training at Beyond Mvmnt is always fun, we laugh a lot while we get fit. Very friendly and supportive coaches and training program that can be catered for every fitness level. Way more fun than your average gym!

The best gym I’ve been to and I’ve been to a lot of gyms over the years. Great workouts and programming, great culture and people. It doesn’t matter if you have never lifted a weight in your life or you are seasoned veteran, this place caters for all. Couldn’t recommend Beyond MVMNT anymore.

My husband and I recently joined beyond MVMNT and absolutely love it! The coaches are fantastic and take the time to work with you during classes, the workouts are adaptable and fun and the people are what make it. Highly recommend!

Beyond MVMNT
Amazing place to train. Coaches are supportive, knowledgeable and hilarious. You have the worst day and then walk into the Gym do a workout and leave smiling ear from ear at the t having a great laugh. Workouts are always different and challenging in the best kind of way. The coaches are also always happy to modify for injuries, mobility, pregnancy, soreness…you name it. I couldn’t imagine training anywhere else every again, and if I did I know I would end up returning back to Beyond Mvmnt.
