Unfortunately I need to leave this review because it's been several months since I heard anything about the repair of my 5 month old vacuum cleaner that they are supposed to be fixing.I called a week ago for updates and they had no idea what was going on, incompetence and lack of training but on top of that they said they would find out and call me back tomorrow.That was 6 days ago.

Worst experience ever. Bought a Samsung TV for 5k and after 6 monty the remote doesn't work. We also bought a '5 Year Concierge Gold Service Board' and it took me so far 3 hours over the phone to get this faulty Remote fixed or replaced. So far no result and the so called gold service is not worth a cent. I can only say to stay away from them.

My 50 Smart TV of 6 months still isn't working. I called the store at 9am today and Dylan in Admin was RUDE and unhelpful. I was so shocked how he disrespected me when I told him the pictures distorted with lines breaking up & I'd spent a sleepless night trying to solve the problem. He hung up on me. I called back again & told him I'm frustrated with your lack of customer service skills and bad manners. I wanted to bring my TV into the store as previously no technician turned up to my home before. He hung up again on me. I finally spoke to another rude person called Paul who said he's the Manager & he informed me Dylan was right to hang up on me! REALLY ??? DISGUSTING and disgraceful the pair of you !! I've spent a lot of money and you're the Bad Guys!! Brenton and Harley were 2 great human beings in Customer Service. Very helpful & polite to me when my TV first had problems & replaced it. Sadly they have quit working there & I can see why! Now I have this defect again. I don't blame them leaving working with these 2 young inexperienced boys! And no resolution for me to repair my TV as this person can't even communicate on his computer to a Technician when & where they will repair it. Useless ! Dumb Dylan. He deliberately hung up twice on me!! I was polite and friendly. I called again and was on hold for 25 minutes! I hope no one else has to deal with these 2 young inexperienced boys."

I purchased a sound bar and speakers from this store and when there was a fault they couldn’t do enough to help me.The sale staff really knew the products and understood my needs and the follow-up when I had to do an exchange by all staff involved was first class.Can’t fault them so I reckon they should change their name to the great guys.

Interaction with girls on the front desk, Percy over the phone and mo in dispatch, great bunch of young people, polite courteous, well, mannered, helpful, pleasant I can’t believe it, so they restored my faith in the young people of today. Unfortunately I give a 1 star because as I came in to buy a chest freezer, I asked the sales man there if they had a restroom as I needed to go. He said no to my surprise, I said to him well that's no good where do you go to the toilet. He said that it was only for staff. Then he said go across the road to DFO and use one there. Instead of saying, let me see what I can do for you to help you.A store that size with no restroom for the customers is a big NO NO.My wife and I left and took our business elsewhere. We will never go back there.

Click and collect not accepted if physically you do not have your license, everything these days, identification and credit cards are stored on phone digitally. They have all my records past purchases and credit card details used in the past and used with this purchase. But as I did not physically have my license I could not collect even though I had a digital copy of my license saved on my phone.

We rent an apartment from a Real-estate company. Our drier was faulty and a new one was arranged with an install this past Monday to be delivered today (Thursday). We were asked to be available all day for someone to be at the home for the instal. After waiting all day, I called to ask where the delivery was only to find out the account was not paid. When I contacted my realtor company they mentioned their accounts are paid every month at the same time and this is known with the good guys and should still have been delivered. When calling the Good Guys back I got an apology from the women who answered the phone which is appreciated but does not solve the problem. As I don't pay the account I can't do anything about it so I accept this is an issue outside of my hands but the good guys should have called us today or even anytime from Monday till today to state the delivery won't happen due to outstanding payments by the realtor company. However, when talking to the manager at good guys he washed his hands of the issue and said that talking to the manager of the warehouse won't gain anything" regarding my inquiry to why we weren't notified of no delivery. I was then forwarded to the warehouse with no answer to the phone for 6+ minutes and decided to drop this review of very poor customer service when it comes to responsibility and managing a delivery that was not done."
