Good proffesional service , orher than one shirt not being ready .

extremely poor. we had a quilt cleaned very unsatisfactory they cleaned it a second time still no better very bad odor. the manager has never got backto us as promised. the lady in the the shop said old quilts don,t clean well.she could have told us that from day one. there mission statement is satisfaction or money back . when i spoke with head office they told methe glenelg branch was a franchise.?

So appalling i am almost lost for words. This place ruined an expensive wool jacket by removing part of it for dry cleaning then sewing it back on in the completely wrong place on the garment. How on earth anyone would think this is acceptable is beyond me, and they were not at all interested in even attempting to correct it. And then I was still required to pay for it !!!

These guys go above and beyond with repairs and alterations I have made in the past, always friendly and always professional. Super fast with the repairs and well priced.

There’s a grumpy woman who always seems to be there when I drop my clothes off who’s super unwelcoming. Their prices are higher than other dry cleaners in the area and they seem to be unskilled at cleaning garments that require anything more than the basic clean. One of my shirts has been ruined. M&S dry cleaning on jetty road cleaned the same shirt a few months ago and it was fine. I’ll take my business elsewhere from now on or until they change ownership.

I dropped off 2 items almost a month ago. I had 1 top that required a minor alteration and pants that also required alteration and dry cleaning. It took 2 weeks after calling weekly just to get the top back. I had requested for the pants to be dry cleaned (even pointed out particular stains), including a zip and button replacement. I followed up and was told they were ready to be picked up, just to find the pants had not been dry cleaned at all nor had the button been replaced. Not to mention the button I originally handed over to be replaced has been misplaced. It’s coming up to a month and thought I’d follow up AGAIN about the pants and was told they are still not ready. Not happy with this service at all.
