Really pleased with these guys! Showed up on time, helped educate me on how my AC units and remotes work, did a full clean and check of the system, cleaned up afterward, and a really reasonable price. Would definitely recommend :)

After more than half a year dealing with a poorly performing split system AC that was just over 2 years old, I had the very great fortune to find my way to CoolTimes. I have had several interactions with multiple staff and they were at all times professional, courteous, knowledge and utterly committed to great outcomes for their customers. Needed get a couple of split system air cons installed at short notice last year and Cool Times gave an acceptable quote and did a great install of a 7KW and 2.5KW in my daughter's unit. Excellent service.

The office staff were great, the technicians were on time and polite. The process was explained and I was given an update on the state of our air conditioners. The work was completed quickly and they left everything tidy. This is our 2nd time using CoolTimes Services and I appreciate the great service and would highly recommend them.

Lachlan the designated Technician done the job 100%. Very responsive, prompt, friendly and very considerate. Arrived early as scheduled and done fantastic job. Very grateful that I choose this company to replace my 17year old Daikin Ducted Aircon. Worth every penny paid for this company. Thank you Lachlan and CoolTimes. You’re fantastic ❤️❤️❤️

Izac was a lovely person, who was at our home on time and then worked non stop until he had finished the job.We asked a number of questions re the aircon in our house, as we have rooms not used etc… Zac was most helpful and explained how the system worked and he gave us good advice re setting the temperature and fan speed.Would definitely recommend and we would use again for our next service.

I manage Cleveland Central- a 42 unit residential complex in Cleveland. I was asked by the owners to source a company to service the air conditioning units within the complex. James and Josh from Cooltimes came to see me to discuss the project. They were the only company that did so. Liam was the technician who took care of the 31 individual a/c units cleaning and servicing. Erin in the office kept me up to date with what was happening. The entire company and staff made my job so much easier. Well done guys :)
