I purchased a set of outdoor rocking chairs and table which rusted four months later. I asked for an exchange or refund and Tanstella asked me to post back the assembled furniture for an exchange. I explained the difficulty in finding boxes large enough and that they won’t fit in my car. They then suggested that I unassemble the furniture and bubble wrap them to post back to them. A ridiculous request, especially given the screws have rusted and it’s difficult to u screw. I’ve now lodged a complaint with Fair Trading. A huge waste of time and energy. I wouldn’t recommend this business. Terrible quality items and ridiculous customer service.In response to “owner reply”- I do not want to keep the rusty poor quality furniture- I amJust unable to post them back from a logistical point of view. I suggested you send a courier to collect it! Why would I want to keep unsafe, rusty outdoor rocking chairs? That’s senseless.

I recently bought a inflatable pool/slide from this site, I realised as soon as I'd purchased it that it was the wrong one. I immediately emailed, online messaged and rang them (but could only leave a message), asking if I could please cancel the order and get a refund. I received no reply for hours and when I did it was to say that my order had already been processed and picked up and I would have to use the change mind policy which will cost me 20% of purchase.

If i can score a zero i would bought a small BBQ came with broken parts its been almost 5 weeks trying to get a replacement or refund they told me to take it to the post office which they refused to accept as its a heavy item and need a special pick up to be arranged send this company an email and still waiting for a response. Avoid buying anything from them.

Bought an Artiss dressing table for my girlfriend as her birthday gift. The delivery is so quick, and the product is really nice. Light and easy to move around the house. Great products range and service.

I have purchased from Tanstella twice, both times the products came quickly, in good condition and without any issues. The first time I purchased a gaslift bed, it was easy to put together and is good quality. It looks really nice. The headboard seems a bit flimsy but it's against the wall so you don't even notice that, the rest of the frame is really solid and has lasted years with no problems. My second purchase was an LED bed and a giselle mattress, the bed looks so awesome! The mattress was also very comfortable and I'm really happy with everything. I would recommend Tanstella as it is a legitimate company and products were of good quality

Purchased kitchen sink but the waste traps provided were faulty and don’t seal properly to standard 50mm plumbing connections, so sink was leaking badly.Emailed Tanstella with detailed information and photos of issue and after 2 days received a response stating my email had been forwarded to customer support. It’s been a further week and I’ve heard nothing since. Ended up going to Bunnings and purchasing 2 new sink waste trap’s which fitted and sealed perfectly.Poor customer service and can’t understand why these inadequate utterly useless traps are being supplied with their sinks!Anyone looking at purchasing sinks beware you will likely be in for a trip to Bunnings and forking out further dollars.

Low quality bed that broke the first time I sat on it as a female that is 60kg , it is disgusting how low quality an item is that cost over $300. It took 2 months and threats of AFCA to get an email response only to be sent the complete wrong “replacement part”…. And now once again my emails are being ignored. Steer clear of these thieves filks. Take your hard earned money elsewhere
