Cobar Caravan Park
Spacious clean and tidy park with ample shady trees. Sites all have concrete slabs, surrounded by grass that struggles to stay green. I was very happy on site 22 (two lengths of hose needed), but my friend who recommended 55 mustn’t mind the dump point which is next to that. $48/n

Can’t fault this beautifully run park. We have loved our stays here both with our mobile coffee van and in a cabin.Fantastic location, well kept amenities and the park layout suits travellers from all walks whether you are staying for the night and want a drive through, or if you want to park up for a few days and explore. This park has everything you need and more. Huge thank you to the lovely managers Ann and Ray for being so welcoming and helpful. They literally went above and beyond to makeu sure we enjoyed our time here. Definitely recommend if you are passing through or want to make it a destination ❤️

Nice place to stay. Only stayed as a stopover. Sites are level, mostly with concrete slabs. Cars normally parked in front of the van.Reception staff were friendly on arrival.Toilets and showers are looking dated but very clean, and a good camp kitchen is available if you need it.A shuttle bus can be arranged to pick you up from the front gate for tea at a local club.Be careful when entering and leaving the park as there is a dip, and you can drag the tow hitch or rear of the van.I would happily stay at this park again.

The grounds are nice but cabins leave a lot to be desired. Definitely got FIFO miner hut vibes. Felt like sleeping inside a walk-in cool room with a smart telly mounted on the wall. Not worth the $116.

Lovely and big caravan park, lots of powered sites and drive through sites, unpowered as well. Nice big camp kitchen and 2 amenities blocks both very clean. Dog friendly as well, friendly staff and 5 minute drive to town.

This is an excellent place to stay - 10/10 would recommend. It is easy to find being so close to town, it's pretty quiet (even though it's next to the highway), and there's a handy servo next door for some late night snacks. There is a very relaxed atmosphere about the place; the rooms, sites, and amenities are kept clean, neat, and tidy; and you can tell that the staff really care about this place.Ignoring some initial trouble with the booking system, the manager was very friendly and kind, and I was made to feel very welcome.Thank you again :)

Cobar Caravan Park is just lovely. Super shady with lovely trees everywhere. The amenities were very clean, and centrally located. The grounds are more like a park than a caravan park. Its a short walk to town, and though its on the highway it was quiet at night and we slept really well. We had a powered site, on a concrete slab, and there was heaps of space.

I recently stayed for the first time in Cobar and was highly recommended to stay at this park. Well let me tell you it was one of the best decisions I’ve made as a permanent traveller . The park managers bent over backwards from the check in till the last good bye. Ann who does everything from the meet and greet- perhaps my fav part - to and advising of sites , places to eat or just general elite management . Ray, Ann’s partner in crime is a fun loving champion who helped get van in a great position and kept us laughing throughout. The park was nice due to the grounds keeping (Ray) and easy access. Couldn’t have met a more professional pair running a park who made the hardest tasks appear easy and enjoyable. And that isn’t mentioning their gorgeous Lab dog Marshall who won our hearts. 5 stars on the management guys.!

Great place to stay. The sites are huge and the amenities very good. The managers Ray and Ann were amazing. It was great to receive a town map and information. Cobar is an interesting town and is worth more than just a stop on the way through
