Metropolitan Air Conditioning Currambine

I phoned and explained that I suspected my evap pump needed replacing, guy turns up 5 days later (so much the fast response) $130 call-out fee. Explains he needs to service the system before he can look at the pump, this is over $1000 and I stupidly agree. He does the service and then comes and tells me he thinks the pump will need replacing?!!???and that will be another $2000, if the water sensor is gone that will be another $2000. These parts cost less the $100 each. So I paid a grand, my air con still doesn’t work and he wouldn’t even give me a failure report to explain what he found. The cap it all I get an invoice off them for $2000 for work that wasn’t even done. AVOID AVOID AVOID
