Beaconsfield Podiatry Clinic

I recently attended Beaconsfield Podiatry Clinic with my husband and we are very dissatisfied with the service. The clinic requested the appointment be rescheduled to an earlier time at short notice, so my husband left work early and then we sat in the waiting room for over half an hour. My husband had orthotics put in his shoes and only after we asked at the end of the appointment were we told they were $95. I explicitly asked if my husband found them intolerable, could they be returned and the podiatrist confirmed that yes, they could be returned (otherwise we would have purchased the Scholl orthotics she had also suggested would be fine). We were then advised by a specialist that the particular orthotics my husband was given were digging into his arch and could create further problems, so tried to take the orthotics back a week later only to be told that they could not be taken back and the podiatrist never told us they could be returned. Aside from this unethical and unprofessional service, we lacked confidence in the competence and experience of the podiatrist we saw - she had never written out a medical certificate before, provided incorrect orthotics and did not appear to have many insights into the cause or treatment of my husband's foot problems. We will not be recommending or attending this clinic again.

Fantastic Admin staff, received a call back as promised to make an appointment. Amanda diagnosed my issue on first appointment, treatment given and I think I saved myself weeks should I had visited my GP. Highly recommend!

Amanda is an absolute superstar. She's very professional and knowledgeable, and is able to quickly assess what the problem is. If you live in the area and have any foot issues, this is the place to go.

Lauren looks after my mother Daphne who has been having her feet done for many years. My mother said her feet have never been better and that Lauren is the gentlest podiatrist she has ever been too. Would highly recommend this clinic.

Amanda is awesome. Orthotics are a tad expensive but help with my foot issue.

Even if you are not around the area its 100% worth to travel to this awesome clinic, Amanda Cordeiro is an expert +++ very kind and explains everything that we should know and gives a good boost to be better and even the best, The lady at the reception is excellent++ very helpful and kind.

Amazing clinic that I highly recommend. Lauren is absolutely fantastic, after having 2 wedge resections performed recently I can't speak highly enough of her treatments. Always professional and great with treating my sons toe issues this practice is one to assist with all of your feet issues.
