I have been waiting 3 months to get a response on a leaking wall that got much worse after they went to inspect the carpet. I've received emails in April, May and June with excuses. Definitively a headache.

Adrian and Zoe came to replace the gutters and downpipes at our place in December 2019. They were very hard working and dedicated workers. They were very reliable and made sure all our concerns were met. We were fully satisfied with their professional work. They cleaned up the mess afterwards. We highly recommend them. I would give a zero rating if it was available. RNB came in about March 2020 to examine water damage to my pergola and informed me. I would get a report with recommended solutions. In December 2020 (9 months later!) RNB called to advise me that RNB is working on getting reports and invoices out. (In my case I would be invoiced for a call out fee.) I indicated that I was unhappy about the prospect of being invoiced for a call out when I had not received any report or proactive communication from RNB in 9 months. I also indicated that it had been left to me to follow up RNB on where they were up to and that if RNB were to provide a report after 9 months then how could I have any confidence that they would do the work in a reasonably timely fashion. RNB closed the job and waived the fee. I feel dudded and that dealing with RNB has been a complete waste of time. I now have to look for another provider. I hope that the water damage hasn’t become more severe in the meantime.

I've had a number of tradespeople attempt to fix a leaking skylight and was very impressed with James from R&B Solutions, not only because he did actually fix it but because he offered to come out in the rain to see if he could spot where the leak was coming from. All other roof companies only came out in the dry when it was invisible.R&B then also did the repairs to the internal light well. Andrew did a fantastic job, including thoroughly cleaning up after himself.Overall I'm really impressed with the quality of the work.

We’ve had a leaking roof for a quite a while. We were suspicious that it seemed to coincide with our shade sail getting installed. The shade sail company sent someone to look and said it wasn’t their doing. We got in RnB Solutions as a result of a recommendation.RnB sent Darren and an apprentice named Adrian. It took them a whole of ten minutes to figure it out. It was because someone (most likely the shade sail company) cracked the roof tile and glued it with silicone but only glued the visible part of the tile and not the part of the tile that sits under the tile it sits next to.Either way RnB were excellent and I’d recommend them to anyone one looking to fix a leaking roof.
